Grace Maupin, Project Manager
Grace brings over 15 years of program and project management leadership experience across Fortune 500 corporations. Currently, she supports the Project Management Office (PMO) for the National Center for Science and Engineering Statistics (NCSES) at the National Science Foundation, applying her expertise in enterprise-level program management and strategic sourcing to advance mission-critical initiatives.
Most recently, Grace served as Asset Manager and Program Manager III for Amazon's Global Real Estate & Facilities division, directing strategic operations for Amazon's $2.1 billion corporate real estate portfolio. She managed Amazon's flagship HQ2 campus, overseeing 2.1 million square feet of office space and achieving 100% diverse business occupancy. Her leadership included strategic oversight of the May 2023 launch and community engagement initiatives supporting over 200 events serving more than 75,000 attendees annually.
Grace's PMO expertise includes implementing comprehensive frameworks for strategic sourcing and vendor management programs with $100+ million budgets, managing complex government stakeholder relationships, and leading cross-functional teams across engineering, finance, legal, and public policy. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Howard University.
