Lacey Cain, Project Manager

Lacey has over 10 years of experience in the public sector with over 5 years of experience managing projects and improving processes at organizations in the public and non-profit sectors. She recently led a collaborative planning team including congressional staffers and education policy specialists, resulting in the signing of a bipartisan resolution and convening on Capitol Hill focused on the advancement of social and emotional learning.

As a natural team leader, Lacey has led the development new municipal partnerships with multiple school districts as part of an organizational strategy to secure and execute multimillion dollar contracts across the United States, managing internal and external stakeholders, and building and leveraging relationships. Lacey has also developed a project management workflow process document to be included in an organization-wide Project Management Handbook, analyzed organization-wide data on barriers to efficiency in workload management and developed proposed solutions to implement organization-wide.

Lacey is a certified Project Manager and Scrum Master. She earned her Master's Degree in Education Leadership from The School of Education at Regent University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social and Political Sciences from the University of Pittsburgh.
