Emerging Sun developed a spend analysis database to help identify opportunities for contract rationalization and cost savings within the AMC Services Portfolio, and built a customized Army Sourcing Opportunity Database (ASOD) using Microsoft Access. Additionally, Emerging Sun was engaged to support the Category Management and Supplier Relationship Management functions for the US Army AMC who directly manages an annual spend of over $13 Billion in its Service Portfolio, and over $2 Billion in Secondary Items.
